Option A.
Registration fee of $43 included both the conference and a box lunch. That box lunch included:

• Chips,
• Condiments, and a
  
• Pre-ordered sandwich choice of roast beef, ham or turkey on wheat or sourdough bread.

Option B.
Registration fee of $35 which covered just the conference fee. Attendees who chose this option brought their own favorite lunch and selected this choice on their registration form.
